A quick reintroduction

Hello — I'm Tim Powers, and I'd like to properly reintroduce myself.

I live and work in Alamo, and I'm a real estate investor with WeBuyHouses.com, where I've been since 2014.

My focus today is straightforward. I buy investment properties here in the East Bay and across Contra Costa County that need major repair, and I buy them as-is. Often that means helping a homeowner get out of a difficult situation without first having to fix up a house, manage contractors, or wait through a long sale.

Some houses come with hard circumstances, too — including tenants who have made a rental difficult to hold onto. I try to approach those situations patiently and fairly.

This community is home in more than one sense. Outside of work, I am grateful to serve alongside neighbors who look out for people who are hungry, sick, or struggling.

I'd welcome a connection with fellow East Bay real estate professionals, and with homeowners who simply have questions. No pressure — just a conversation to start.

Thank you for being here.
